The Body First Golf Rotation System teaches the body to rotate better so the golfer can swing the golf club better, hit it further and stop slicing.  The exercises are to be performed on both sides, 1 time per day for 6-8 weeks.  You are to perform 1 set of 15 for both exercises in both directions.  At the end of the 6-8 weeks, retest your Rotation Mobility Screen and gauge your improvement.  You can hit balls and play golf during the process of improving your rotational ability with these exercises and you should see improvements quickly!

The Body First Golf Rotation System is designed to help golfers who struggle to rotate their bodies during their golf swing, causing slicing, poor contact, and power loss.  The body’s ability to rotate, especially in the back swing determines how straight, far, and solid a golfer can hit a golf ball.  Unfortunately in golf instruction, the focus has been getting the golf club into certain positions, and completely overlooking whether the body can even get in those positions!  At Body First Golf, we believe its the BODY that is the problem and if you fix the body, then the golfer will be able to swing with power, finally stop slicing, and make much solider contact.
