Test If Your Body Can Rotate with The Body First Rotation Screen

  1. Standing with your back to a mirror or towards your phone (for a video)
  2. have your feet together and your arms by your sides
  3. Turn and look over your right shoulder as far as you can
  4. Then turn and look over your left shoulder as far as you can
  5. Your want to get your shoulders 90 degrees towards the mirror or camera on both sides
