The Body First Golf Rotation System

The Body First Golf Rotation System is designed to help golfers of all levels learn to rotate their body’s better, so they can swing the golf club correctly. The golf club needs to be swung from the inside and the only way to swing from the inside is if the body can rotate inside on the backswing. If your body does not have the mobility necessary to perform enough internal rotation in the hips and thoracic spine (mid back), then you will have to compensate. The compensations are called swing faults. There is no amount of golf instruction that can fix you if your body simply cannot rotate enough.
